In an old building near the historic centre of Bologna, thanks to a skilful renovation, RistrutturABILMENTE has transformed an old flat into three luxury lofts, using Living Prestige Gold laminate flooring in their project.
RistrutturaABILMENTE is a team of professionals specialised in the design and renovation of homes that operates in Bologna, Rimini, Florence and Naples.
In the Via Mazzini project in Bologna, the challenge was to transform an old 150 sqm flat in a historic building into three new lofts for freelancers and long-term rental.
Each new unit respects the original architecture, highlighting the beauty of the vaulted ceilings and the original frescoes with which the old space was presented.
The skilful intervention made it possible to make the most of the spaces and the important heights, with the construction of the lofts, thus increasing the liveability of the rooms. The careful study involved not only the important structural aspect, supervised by engineer Antonio De Fazio, but also the distribution of spaces and the colour palette of each loft, recalling the original colours of the ceilings.
In this project, where aesthetics and functionality meet, architect Francesco De Fazio, author of the entire concept, chose for the floor surfaces the practical Living Prestige Gold laminate flooring, in the bright decorative Rovere Polar. The executive project and renderings were handled by the team of collaborators including architect Roberto Avino and designer Giuseppe Rocco.
Prestige Gold once again proves itself to be the consistently safe and successful choice. A practical and resistant floor covering, with such a wide range of decors that it is ideal for many interior design solutions.
Prestige Gold is distinguished by its extremely precise joint with maximum strength, Tecno Lock System Plus, and by the surface finishes with bevelled edges on all 4 sides and synchro technology, for an extremely realistic wood effect.
