One of the most prestigious industrial design awards in the world is the GOOD DESIGN, which has been awarded every year since 1950 by the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design.
In the last edition, SKEMATheca won the prize for the Retail Fitting section.
The project designed by our art director, architect Franco Driusso, can now boast the Good Design logo, a true distinguishing mark, which rewards only the best contemporary designs at a global level.
This is the description of SKEMATheca on the page dedicated to the prize won:
"SKEMATHECA is part of a project of renewal of traditional sales methods. The digital revolution has led to profound transformations in the retail world. Transversal languages were sought to switch from ANALOG to DIGITAL language, to analyze the products and make them accessible. However, the necessary tactile passage that satisfies, comforts and communicates, still remains fundamental.
Thanks to the Internet and tools such as smartphones, new possibilities of relationship between customer and company have developed."
